Rosanna believes that a major part of her success has come from the value placed on building relationships, as a professional who pays great attention to detail, really believes in listening to her clients, and following through. Having lived in the Central Vancouver Island region since 1993, she has raised her family here, and has personally bought and sold many properties over the years, appreciating the importance and seriousness of helping clients do the same. Before joining Coast Realty in 2006, Rosanna focused 15 years of her career on developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in and for the city of Nanaimo. During her time with Tourism Nanaimo (the former Destination Marketing arm of the City), she enjoyed playing a key role in promoting Nanaimo as a tourism destination. You could say Rosanna went from selling the City as a whole, to selling it one house at a time! In July of 2015, Coast Realty Group was merged with Royal LePage, and Rosanna is proud to continue as a experienced real estate professional with Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty. Rosanna feels very fortunate to live in such a great place as Nanaimo and help others achieve that dream. Believing in the importance of giving back to the community, she has, and continues to, dedicate volunteer time as a board member for several not for profit community organizations. When not focused on real estate, Rosanna is an avid singer of Barbershop Harmony! She sings with two competitive women’s choruses, plus a quartet. At home, Rosanna enjoys time with her four legged family and husband (in that order...lol). Continual upgrading of her real estate education is a top priority, and Rosanna is a strong proponent of professional and personal development. In the end, her clients are her focus.
