As the daughter of a successful local developer, Stefani not only inherited exposure to real estate, but also developed a keen talent stemming from her interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. Stefani has first-hand experience dealing with commercial and residential developments in Kelowna and she understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Over the past few years her ventures included relocating several times – buying and renovating houses and projects of her own. – This personal experience afforded Stefani a sensitivity towards her clients’ journey especially to those relocating to the Okanagan from other areas. A long-time resident of the area, she has a strong background in accounting and business finances as well as a great interest in marketing and property development.
