Blake has been a REALTOR® since the Spring of 2013. But the path that led him to become a Kelowna REALTOR®, starts in Waterloo, Ontario. His family owned an interior design studio where he worked from the age of 11. "I learned about home design, customer service, and plain old hard work" says Blake —a good foundation for a career in residential real estate. In 2010, with a BCom. from the University Of Guelph, Blake moved to Vancouver, BC and worked at the 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. He went on to manage brand awareness marketing campaigns for such companies as Coca-Cola, Kraft Canada, and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. By 2016, he had already worked in real estate for 3 years and was a proud member of the #1 team in his Re/Max Office, based on sales volume. Nevertheless, in 2018, Blake transferred his licence from British Columbia to Alberta and moved to his wife's hometown of Grande Prairie. “Living in GP was an incredible opportunity” Blake says. “I worked with local developers and focused on marketing and selling new construction for 4 years.” Now in 2021, Blake has made it back to beautiful British Columbia with his wife and newborn son. His past real estate experiences with both residential resale and new construction, along with his marketing skills, make him an extremely well-rounded agent. Blake is a full-service real estate professional working with buyers, sellers, and investors from all over Canada. With his vast experience in detached homes, condominiums, multi-family, and vacant land transactions; Blake works hard for his clients and always works with their best interests in mind.
