Professional Experience

Born and raised in the Comox Valley, I joined Royal LePage in the Comox Valley in 2005. Working closely with my father, Gregg Hart, who has been in the real estate business for over 45 years, we collaborate on a variety of projects including commercial developments, condo complexes, land subdivisions, large leases, and single-family home sales. Throughout the years, I have strived to achieve some of the highest-priced sales in the Comox Valley, setting records along the way. From waterfront homes to raw land, I truly enjoy the challenge of finding the right person for each property. Since 2005, I have been recognized with numerous awards from Royal LePage Canada and the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, consistently ranking in the top 5% of Royal LePage Realtors® nationally. In 2018, I was honored with the Diamond Award, ranking in the top 3% nationally. I have also achieved the highest sale in the Comox Valley twice: once as the buying agent for an $8.5 million property and once as the selling agent in 2022 for a $12.5 million property. Through my years as a Royal LePage Realtor®, I have built a large referral network of Realtors® across Canada and the USA. For many years, I have been a proud supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Ducks Unlimited. I also sit on the Royal LePage Snow to Surf board, organizing a 1500+ person adventure race. In 2017, I hiked across Iceland, and in 2019, I hiked across the Sahara Desert to raise awareness for domestic violence for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Together with others from Royal LePage, we raised over $1.7 million. I have been consistently recognized as one of the top 10% donors as well. I enjoy the challenges of helping people buy and sell their homes. It is always an honor when clients refer me to their friends and family after I have done a great job for them.
