Braden Leystra was born into a blue collar family in Surrey, BC and raised in Abbotsford from the age of five. Bearing witness to his parents’ struggles taught him the value of hard work and perseverance from a young age. It was during his formative years hiking and camping in BC’s mountains where he developed a passion for geology, plants, and forested ecosystems. Braden graduated with a Diploma of Technology in Sustainable Resource Management at BCIT in 2012 and spent time working as a forest technologist in BC’s northern interior. To say his life experience has been “varied” thus far would be an understatement. From forestry, to civil construction, and eventually real estate, he offers a breadth of knowledge not typically on offer from your average real estate agent. His professional practice places emphasis on professionalism and competence–he takes his fiduciary duties seriously.
