Professional Experience
Taylor Preissl started her career in Real Estate in 2014 as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, where she gained valuable experience in structure and land valuation. She specialized in finance lending with a specific focus on acreage and new construction. From there, she expanded into commercial real estate where she learned deal development and marketing, but never left the residential market. She and her husband develop and sell residential acreage properties - gaining insider knowledge to building processes from the ground up. Taylor has extensive knowledge of construction processes and costs, land development and acreage properties with a special interest in luxury and custom homes. Working closely with developers over the past years, Taylor has an eye for detail and design. She uses her Appraisal background to ensure sellers make strategic decisions to add value to their homes, and assists buyers in seeking not only the perfect home, but making the investment that provides the most value. Taylor and her husband moved to the Millarville area from Kelowna in 2016 where they raise their 2 kids. In addition to being actively involved in the community, Taylor loves spending time camping and watching baseball.
