Since I moved to Edmonton back in 2013 from Boston, MA, U.S.A. I fell in love with this city, the uniqueness of this city held me here. This city has provided me with everything that I dreamed of. Then I started work with Canada Post where I learned about the neighborhoods very closely and now I am providing service with the City of Edmonton in the transportation ( ETS) department where I specialized in-depth to know more about this city. I know literally everything about the city's neighborhood and surrounding area. I am very knowledgeable not only about the city but also analyzing the Real Estate Market. Myself as a Real Estate investor and also well trained in how to invest in Real Estate market, I have been engaging with many investors group by playing a key role of providing due diligence and in depth market study and believe me many of my investors have been impressed with my market analysis skill and they have been a successful investors. I decided to become a Real Estate Agent so I can provide such a valuable skill to the community so they can take full advantage of my knowledge and I enjoy seeing happy faces in others, who believe in me and I am able to change their life. I have done housing flips which gave me full knowledge of building structure, sub structure ,material etc. I know exactly how to guide a first time home buyer and understand your emotions because I have been there.
