I have been selling real estate in Alberta since June of 1978. Being a member of the Edmonton Real Estate board, am able to represent sellers and buyers in Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, surrounding towns & acreages by analyzing data and using my expertise & knowledge to help make one of the biggest investments of their life stress free! Working “full time” in real estate for the past 45 years has taught me many things and I have enjoyed every minute of it and plan on enjoying my job for many more years to come. I have achieved numerous awards that I am very proud of including #1 Realtor Royal Lepage Alberta 2006 and #3 Realtor Royal LePage Canada 2006. The internet has changed the way Real Estate is done and I realize that a team approach is more effective for buyers and sellers in the current real estate market.
