For most of us, our home is our most important and valuable financial asset, and buying or selling that home is often a major and emotional decision. As your REALTOR® I’ll help minimize that emotional wear and tear and help cut through the complexities of real estate transactions. I’m passionate about providing professional, competent service to my clients. I believe that if you strive to be the best in anything that you must continue to learn - to be a lifelong learner - and to effectively apply that training. I'm a Royal LePage Top Tier member, not only because I have completed and successfully applied the knowledge and skills gained from multiple real estate-related courses and programs, but also because of my work ethic and dedication to the needs of my clients. While a few of those courses are listed below, I believe that my versatile background of careers and passions has also been a factor in providing me with the skills and confidence needed to become, and to continue to be a successful REALTOR® in an ever-changing, challenging market. In my previous distinguished broadcasting career, I won numerous national & international broadcasting awards. I created a televised entertainment segment at a local CTV affiliate (CFCN) and traveled throughout North America interviewing various stars about their movies. From my earliest childhood memories until now, dogs have always been a part of my life - I've co-founded two national dog clubs and became president of one of them; the Eurasier Club of Canada, a position that I hold today. My real estate designations: Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®) Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS) Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Final Offer® Certified Agent and additional specialized technology and social media training.
